Our Principal Consultant
Hello! I'm Mayra, the founder and principal consultant of Ignite Community Connections. With over 10 years of experience in organizational development, I specialize in helping organizations create sustainable practices for community building. My approach is community-centered, and I'm passionate about delivering customized solutions that drive success. When I'm not consulting, I enjoy hanging out with my cats, hiking and exploring national parks.

Organizational Development
I provide support to small non-profit organizations looking to develop their models, mission, vision and administrative capacities including bookkeeping, licenses, and organizational protocols. I am interested in supporting the development of systems with shared decision-making that center collective liberation.
Coaching
I provide coaching to new managers and executive directors.
Campaign Development & Base Building
My extensive training as a community organizer allows me to support other organizations developing campaign plans. My areas of focus are: tenant’s protections, community development and environmental justice. My communities of interest are the Latine community and the immigrant community.
